Since it’s summer and fresh fruit is at it’s peak, I thought it was time to share this perfect Healthy Yogurt Fruit Dip recipe to go along with your strawberries and grapes. Unlike other “healthy fruit dip” recipes, there’s no Cool Whip in it (who thinks cool whip is healthy anyway). This is a truly healthy dip that everyone will love.
This delicious and healthy fruit dip consists of only 4 ingredients, and you’ve guessed it, the main one is yogurt. All you need after that is some maple syrup and heavy cream (or full fat coconut cream) and you’ll have yourself a treat that tastes like it’s truly sinful, when it actually isn’t too bad for your waistline. That’s when eaten in moderation of course. Trust me, this stuff is so good you’ll just want more and more fruit to dip.
