Are you ever the victim of an afternoon slump? I know that more often than not, right around 3:00, I start to yawn, have a hard time getting motivated and the thought of a nap is incredibly appealing. Unfortunately most of us don’t have the luxury of a daily nap so we have to find other ways to power through. Chocolate Peanut Butter & Oatmeal Afternoon Pick me up Smoothie
2 ripe bananas (the riper the better, this is a great use for those brown bananas!)
½ cup almond milk or milk of choice
3 tablespoons peanut butter
¼ cup old fashioned rolled oats
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Optional honey if you like a sweeter smoothie
