Anybody that knows me, knows what a Disney fanatic I am. When I’m not at Disney World or Disneyland, I’m busy planning our next trip. I know some people will shake their heads at my obsession, and I really can’t explain the attraction only to say that Disney only one of 2 places in the world that I actually feel like I’m home. Some of our best family moments happened in the magical world that Walt Disney created.
When we go to Disney there are a couple must dos for our family. These are non negotiable. Failure is not an option.
We have to have a Toy Story Mania smack down
We have to geek out on Star Tours
We have to fly high with Dumbo
and we have to get a Dole Whip
(no picture, because I’m usually too busy shoveling it my mouth to mess with the camera)
Now I can’t recreate the top three at home (believe me, I’ve tried!) but I have found a way to bring just a little of the magic to our kitchen on warm summer days with a homemade and uber healthy Dole Whip. If you have never had a Dole Whip, you are really missing out on a fantastic treat that will make your taste buds dance with joy. If you have had one, then you know what I’m talking about and surely miss this refreshing pineapple snack.
So why keep your taste buds in agony any longer. Give them what they really want with this healthy copycat Dole Whip recipe!
