So I’ve jumped on the coloring bandwagon. After an afternoon of coloring with my kids I’m hooked. Who knew something so simple could be so therapeutic!
Turns out that coloring isn’t only for kids, adults all over the world are realizing what our kids already know. Coloring is fun, relaxing and a great way to unwind.
Benefits of coloring include:
- Reduction in stress and anxiety levels
- Increased focus and concentration
- Helps your fine motor skills and vision
- Sparks creativity
- Relaxes your mind
I could go on, but you get the picture. If you haven’t picked up a crayon since you were in Kindergarten, maybe it’s time to get in touch with your inner child and see all the benefits of sitting down and coloring for a few minutes a day.
To get you started I have these cute Valentine’s Day coloring pages that you can download for FREE. What a great Valentine’s activity to do with your kids or even with your sweetie…..the couple that colors together, stays together, or so I’ve heard 🙂
Click on each Valentine’s Day Coloring Page to print your FREE grown up coloring page.
Hope you enjoy these coloring pages as much as we do. Happy coloring!
