Unlike other “healthy fruit dip” recipes, there’s no Cool Whip in this recipe (who thinks Cool Whip is healthy anyway). This is a truly healthy dip that everyone will love to eat and you’ll love to serve!

Healthy Yogurt Fruit Dip

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Additional Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whip heavy cream and maple syrup until thick and creamy
  2. Add greek yogurt and vanilla extract and mix on low until smooth, creamy and well combined.
  3. Serve with sliced fruit or graham crackers
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
  5. Enjoy!
