Since it’s summer and fresh fruit is at its peak, I thought it was time to share this delicious Healthy Yogurt Fruit Dip recipe to go along with your strawberries, grapes, apples and whatever other kind of fruit you can imagine!
Unlike other “healthy fruit dip” recipes, there’s no Cool Whip in this recipe (who thinks Cool Whip is healthy anyway). This is a truly healthy dip that everyone will love to eat and you’ll love to serve!
This delicious and yogurt fruit dip consists of only 4 ingredients, and you’ve guessed it, the main one is yogurt. All you need after that is some maple syrup and heavy cream and you’ll have yourself a treat that tastes like it’s truly sinful, when it actually isn’t too bad for your waistline. That’s when eaten in moderation of course.
Trust me, this stuff is so good you’ll just want more and more fruit to dip. I’ve not only included the recipe for you, but a video as well so you can see just how easy this is to make!
