Sharing is caring!

Aidells sausage, peppers, sweet potatoes and onions combine in an easy to make, healthy and delicious meal that takes just 15 minutes. Have to try this yummy sausage hash.

One thing that makes staying on track with a healthy diet is eating food that you enjoy. It seems obvious right, but you know as well as I do that sometimes when you are trying to eat healthy you fool yourself into eating food that makes you want to gag. Since starting my clean eating journey I have discovered foods that I love and foods that I hate. Foods that I can’t stand and will never eat include brussels sprouts, peas and any type of organ meat. Ick. No. Just not gonna happen.

Fortunately the list of foods that I love is way longer. At the top of that list is sweet potatoes and aidells chicken sausage. Lucky for me I can combine my 2 favorites into one glorious dish. This recipe is paleo & gluten free, atkins friendly and uber healthy. It’s one of those meals that you can make a huge batch of and eat it all throughout the week.

I’ll eat it for lunch and dinner as is and then shake things up and throw an egg on it for breakfast.

Total perfection. For real.

This recipe is embarrassingly easy so you have absolutely no excuse not to make it.
