Melt in Your Mouth Frozen Yogurt Bites. Enjoy a nutritious snack with these ice cream flavored yogurt bites. Go ahead and eat dessert first, I won't tell.

It’s 9:00 pm, the kids are tucked in for the night, my hubby is away on a business trip and I have the evening to myself. These are the moments I live for, the “me” moments. They don’t happen that often, but when they do, I savor every moment.

I used to be really bad and sit down with a pint of ice cream and binge watch my favorite shows that I never seem to have time to watch.  I’ve tried to clean up my eating a little bit and have cut out the ice cream, but I can’t lie and tell you I didn’t miss the sinful indulgence of my favorite ice cream. I missed it, like really, really missed it. Fortunately for me while browsing the aisles at Walmart, I came across Muller Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt.

Oooooooooo!!! I can have all the yummy ice cream taste with half the guilt? Sign me up!

Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt is just the right amount of wrong. Whether it is a touch of indulgence to start your morning or an indulgent break in the afternoon – go ahead and indulge because you deserve it! Eat your dessert first, I won’t tell 🙂

To kick it up a notch and make it more fun, I made these delicious frozen yogurt bites, they are like Bon-bon’s more nutritious cousin. They are easy to make and are great for some quiet me time in the evening or an indulgent afternoon snack. Muller offers 3 delectable flavors to satisfy your sweet tooth, Raspberry Chocolate Chip, Mint Chocolate Chip & Vanilla Bean.

Are you ready? You are just three steps away from guilt free sweet tooth satisfaction.

Step 1:

Scoop yogurt into an icing bag with the tip cut off (you can also use a plastic sandwich bag).

Step 2:

Squeeze yogurt into nickel sized dots on a piece of parchment paper.

Step 3:

Freeze for about 2 hours. Enjoy!

Tell me…. How do you sneak in “me” time?
