I’ve learned you can put pretty much anything in a puff pastry and it instantly becomes more sophisticated and elegant. It’s just science. These are no exception. Never has PB&J been so sophisticated.
If you feel like sharing the peanut butter and jelly joy, your kids will love these too. I’m a mean mom and don’t usually share, whatevs.
Actually that’s not totally true, I have been known to be a super cool mom and make these for afternoon tea parties with my girls. So there I have redeemed myself lol. The bottom line here is that you really should make these, they really are quite delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 pkg puff pastry mini shells
- Peanut butter
- Assorted jellies and jams. The fancier the better.
Instructions
- Bake the puff pastry according to package directions
- Cool for 5 minutes
- Scoop 2 tsp peanut butter into the shell
- Top with 1 tsp of jelly
