If you are anything like me, you crave delicious food, but you also dread actually having to cook a meal after a long day. I’m right there with you. I’m always looking for something easy to cook my family, even better if I can make it in big batches to be eaten throughout the week. One of my favorite recipes is this Easy Meatball Casserole. Not only is it easy and delicious, it also reheats really well, so it’s the perfect food to make a lot of to feed my family throughout the week. The perfect meatball casserole starts with the perfect meatball. A sub par meatball will result in a meh casserole. We aren’t looking for a meh casserole, that’s why I always start with Carando® Fresh Italian-Style Meatballs. For this recipe, I love to use Carando Abruzzese Meatballs. Most homemade Italian recipes in my house start with Carando. Their heritage of delivering high-quality, classic Italian meats makes me feel good about feeding their products to my family. Carando meatballs can be found in the fresh meat section at your local grocery store. These superior meatballs are packaged fresh, never frozen and use only the highest quality classic Italian ingredients. When I use Carando products I know I’m setting the foundation for a delicious meal! Are you ready for this mouthwatering recipe? Easy Meatball Casserole Ingredients:
