No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake in a Jar
It’s about to be strawberry picking time in our neck of the woods. Time to pull out our buckets, head up to the farm and take home all the strawberries we can handle! In years past we have used our fresh strawberries to make delicious desserts like this 3 Ingredient Strawberry Mousse.
We also freeze a whole bunch and use them for my favorite 3 ingredient strawberry frozen yogurt and of course, any breakfast smoothie is way better with a handful of strawberries!
One of our new favorite strawberry desserts is this delightful No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake in a Jar. I’m a huge fan of anything no bake, especially as temps start rising here in the south. I hate to use my oven when it’s warm out, so this dessert is perfect for the warmer spring and summer months.
Not only is it SUPER simple to make, but the rich flavor of the cream cheese combines perfectly with the light sweetness of fresh strawberries. Plus you get to serve them in adorable little jars. Everything is better when it’s eaten out of an adorable jar, right?
Doesn’t it sound amazing? Don’t you want the recipe?
Well, you’re in luck! Here you go, straight from my kitchen to yours!
Hope you enjoy them as much as we do! Happy no-baking!
