Raspberry Smoothie
You know those TV commercials where the whole family is nicely dressed and sitting at the table eating breakfast together? Well, my family is just… well, let’s just say we’re the opposite.
Are mornings as rough in your house as they are in mine? Having 6 kids at home can make mornings very chaotic. It’s all I can do to make sure they all have on 2 socks each before they head out the door! The socks don’t need to match but they must be clean and there must be 2 of them.
Now, I may be willing to compromise on things like socks, but no matter how crazy the mornings can be there’s one part of our routine that I am a stickler about – breakfast. A good breakfast for them and me is something that I will not compromise on.
A healthy breakfast routine is so important for all of us. It really is the most important meal of the day. Fueling your body properly and giving it what it needs to function is the best way to start your day.
Since we are always rushing from here to there, I try to keep breakfast as fast and easy as possible, but it still needs to taste great. So I whipped up a delicious raspberry smoothie that I think you’ll love just as much as we do. Even my picky eaters think this smoothie is delicious.
It’s packed with good for you ingredients and lots of delicious flavor to start your morning off with a smile. This raspberry smoothie is great on it’s own, but add some shaved coconut to the top and you have just hit next level deliciousness! You can also freeze this smoothie in popsicle molds for a frozen treat that you can feel good about.
I know you are dying for the recipe so here ya go!
