BBQ bites

Earlier this week I shared the easiest way to make pulled BBQ chicken in the crockpot (so good!) so today I thought I would share another way to use the pulled BBQ chicken. This makes a great lunch, you can put them in the freezer and pull out a couple for lunch or a quick snack. The great part is that the kids LOVE them!

Wow, those sound good and like that you can pop them in the freezer to eat whenever. Thanks for the great idea,
and love that they are gluten free too.
I have leftover rotisserie chicken that we used for tacos tonight, so sounds like I might have to try this soon.
    Thanks for the idea.
