Fall is here and there’s a little bit of a chill in the air. It’s my favorite time of the year for many reasons. One big reason is it’s hoodie weather and I love a warm, over-sized hoodie! Another reason that I love fall is that I get to make my favorite Crock Pot Apple Cider Recipe.

I have always been an apple cider fan. Something about it just screams fall. It conjures up memories of crisp evenings sitting on my porch watching the breeze blow the leaves around. Sigh….. that sounds like heaven.

I have been waiting for the weather to turn cool enough to feel justified in brewing a giant batch of this Crock Pot Apple Cider. Unfortunately, mother nature is not cooperating here in the south, but I decided it’s October 1st and all bets are off. Bring on the fall flavors! Being the rebel that I am, I kicked off October with 95-degree weather and a giant batch of crock pot apple cider. It was AMAZING! And it made my house smell AMAZING!
